Escape from the school before the mad nun catches you. If you hear her footsteps, look immediately for a place to hide. Traces of blood make you think you're in danger, so you start panicking for a way out. The vent seemed like a good option, but what happens when you get out of it? It looks like you're about to die. Get the quest log and get to work. For example, cross the bridge and open the cookie box that contains something important.
