Mirror, Mirror

Game description:

In the game, players step into the shoes of Emily, a young woman who has just moved into what she thought would be her dream home, only to find out that it harbors a lingering presence determined to make itself known. Set over the course of a single, suspense-laden night, the game thrusts players into a chilling scenario where the simple act of exploring her new residence turns into a fight for survival. The control scheme is intuitive, with WASD for movement, left-clicking for interactions such as opening doors and examining objects, and the spacebar for advancing through the game's dialogue, which reveals more of the story and Emily's thoughts as the night unfolds.

Escalating Tension in a Haunted Home

As the evening progresses, the atmosphere grows increasingly oppressive, with the game's sound design and visual cues ramping up the sense of dread. The house's layout, initially quaint and welcoming by day, morphs into a maze-like prison under the cloak of darkness, with shadows and sounds playing tricks on Emily's and the player's minds. Puzzles and clues are scattered throughout the home, requiring players to solve them to uncover the mystery of the previous occupant whose attachment to the house spells danger for Emily. Each decision made by the player can lead to different outcomes, influencing whether Emily escapes the clutches of the house's dark past or becomes another lost soul trapped within its walls.
