Chilla's Art Fishing Horror

Game description:

Chillas Art Fishing Horror is an indie horror game that combines fishing mechanics with exploration of a remote ocean environment. The player controls a fisherman who works alone on a small boat near the Japanese coastline. At the beginning, the activity appears routine: travel across the water, locate fish, and use a harpoon to catch them. The income from selling fish allows the character to continue working and maintain the boat. As the player spends more time at sea, however, unusual events begin to interrupt the normal fishing routine.

Working Alone At Sea

The main gameplay area in Chillas Art Fishing Horror is the open water surrounding a small harbor. The player starts each trip by leaving the dock and navigating the boat to different parts of the ocean. Fish appear beneath the surface, and the player must aim carefully to catch them with a harpoon.

After returning to the harbor, the catch can be sold to earn money. This system creates a simple cycle of fishing, returning to port, and preparing for another trip. Over time, the player travels farther away from the shore, where the water becomes deeper and less familiar.

Fishing Mechanics And Player Actions

The gameplay focuses on a combination of fishing and resource management. Players must gather enough fish to support continued exploration while maintaining their equipment and fuel supply.

During the game, players usually perform actions such as:

·         searching the water for fish to catch

·         aiming and using the harpoon to capture targets

·         returning to the harbor to sell the catch

·         purchasing fuel and maintaining the boat

·         traveling to new areas of the ocean

These activities allow the player to gradually expand the distance they can travel from the starting location.

Unusual Events In The Water

As the fisherman continues exploring the ocean, the environment begins to change. Some fish appear unfamiliar, and certain encounters suggest that the sea contains more than ordinary marine life. The atmosphere becomes more uncertain as visibility decreases and strange shapes appear beneath the surface.

The further the player moves away from the harbor, the more unusual the discoveries become. These moments transform the experience from a simple fishing routine into a horror scenario where the player must remain alert while navigating the water.
