The city is dying under the heavy weight of crimes. Everything is controlled by a mafia syndicate and the police can't do anything about it in the limits of the law. That's why three friends who also happen to be cops enraged by the situation walk out into the streets to act illegally. Take control of the characters, equip them with weapons that will help you stop the outlaws and clear your home town of all the scum!
