GET YOKED is a roguelike deckbuilder that turns training into a card-based challenge. Players take on the role of a muscle-driven athlete whose goal is to hit performance targets by shaping their body through workout choices. Each card represents a specific action—lifting, stretching, boosting—that adds Gains or increases Fatigue. Reaching the threshold of Gains clears each stage, but pushing too hard without proper rest leads to Injury, which blocks future options and forces route adjustments. Planning ahead is essential, but every run presents new combinations to react to.
Card Synergy Over Raw Power
With four playable bodybuilders, each equipped with a unique deck and mechanics, no two sessions play the same. Whether focused on upper strength, glutes, or total balance, players draft new cards that alter stats and change strategy mid-run. Rest and supplement cards are key to keeping the cycle sustainable, but space in the deck is limited. Events test specific stat builds, encouraging players to lean into specialties while keeping recovery options in reserve. Cards that seem low-impact early on may become essential later, depending on the path taken.
